my favorite out of all the GTAs. it did most stuff so well, the main character is great, the plot was nice. the gameplay on the ps2 is shit but on pc it is pretty good. vice city is gorgeous somehow on these old ass graphics. there's so much to say but it feels like there's a lot of stuff that isn't complete in this game.
